Right of withdrawal

Please note that this policy applies only to online purchases within Norway. If you purchased Cinderella products in other countries, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.

Information about right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Cinderella Eco Sales AS, Sjøvikvegen 67, 6475 Midsund, email: [email protected], phone: +47 77 71 15 00, of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g., by sending a letter by post or an email). You may use a standard withdrawal form (see the link below), but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

1. You must return the goods to Cinderella Eco Sales AS, c/o Cinderella Eco Production AS, Industriveien 3, 9062 Furuflaten, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

3. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping is not covered by Cinderella.
4. The goods must be packed in the original packaging and returned in the same condition as received. This means in the product’s original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from any odors or marks. If the original packaging is damaged, the item will be considered as used. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
