Terms of Sale for Consumers

1. General
The terms of sale (which you accept when ordering products from cinderellaeco.com) apply to the sale of goods and services on cinderellaeco.com to consumers.

1.2 Buyer
The buyer is the individual specified as the purchaser in the order and is referred to as "you" or "your" (and similar designations like "yours" are used).

cinderellaeco.com: The online store/platform associated with the domain www.cinderellaeco.com.

On cinderellaeco.com, you can purchase goods and services directly from Cinderella. To make purchases on cinderellaeco.com, you must accept and comply with the terms of this agreement in full. These terms, along with your order and order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement for the purchase.

  • Individuals aged 18 or older may shop. Payment via invoice is not available. Delivery is restricted to mainland Norway.
  • All products sold on cinderellaeco.com include VAT and are suitable for use in Norway.

Consumer purchases are regulated by laws including the Consumer Purchases Act, Right of Withdrawal Act, Marketing Act, Personal Data Act, E-Commerce Act, and Credit Purchases Act. These laws are available at lovdata.no.

If you contact cinderellaeco.com via email, your email inquiry and contact information will be stored. If you contact us by phone, your phone number will be stored. This information is necessary to process your inquiry and follow up if needed.

2. Ordering and Agreement Process

Your order becomes binding once it is registered with us. We are also bound by your order unless it deviates from what we have offered in our online store, marketing, or otherwise. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (see section 6).

Cinderellaeco.com is bound by the price provided at checkout (see section 3).

If there is a stock discrepancy or a product is out of stock, your order, or parts of it, may be canceled. You will be notified of this and provided with information about alternative solutions, if applicable.

Cinderellaeco.com will send an order confirmation after your order is placed. 

3. Prices

All prices include VAT. The total purchase cost will be shown before completing an order, including any additional costs such as shipping, handling, and packaging.

Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes or currency fluctuations until the purchase is completed.

4. Payment

All transactions on cinderellaeco.com are processed through Klarna Bank AB. Available payment methods include card payment, invoice, or installment payment.

  • 4.1 Pay Now (Card Payment): Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Transactions are securely encrypted via Klarna.
  • 4.2 Invoice Payment: Payment must be made within 14 days of the order date. Late payments may incur fees and interest. A credit check may be performed.
  • 4.3 Installment Payments: Offered via Klarna Account. Details and terms will be provided upon application.
  • 4.4 Payment Questions: Contact Klarna at +47 21 01 89 98 or via their customer service page.

5. Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and refer to business days. Cinderella reserves the right to update delivery times without prior notice. If delivery is delayed, you will be informed promptly. You may cancel your order if delivery delays occur.

Upon receipt, inspect your delivery for damage or discrepancies. Notify Cinderella immediately of any issues. Retain the packaging and product until the matter is resolved.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Notify Cinderella by phone or email to exercise this right.

Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond your control, you may withhold payment, demand fulfillment, cancel the order, or seek compensation in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.

8. Complaints and Warranty

Notify Cinderella promptly of any defects. Complaints must be submitted within three years of receiving the product. If a defect is verified, you may request repair, price reduction, replacement or cancellation, as applicable.

9. Privacy Policy

By accepting these terms, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal data. Please refer to our privacy policy for details.

10. Copyright

All content on cinderellaeco.com, including trademarks, product descriptions, images, and design, is protected by copyright law. Reuse or copying without prior consent is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

Cinderella reserves the right to amend these terms due to changes in legislation or other reasons.

12. Force Majeure

Cinderella is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, or strikes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
